talks

note this selection of past talks is not edited for reading.  Some would be a lot better if they were.  The spoken word isn't that subtle, so please forgive faults of style.  Some were given some years ago and may seem dated.  Most were given to an audience of members of the Western Buddhist Order, so they may seem 'in-house'.  Moreover this material may contain ideas I no longer hold, that are simply wrong, that demonstrate all my faults, follies and prejudice.  I think that is OK.  Take it with a pinch of salt.  They are part of my process, and I don't think there is much I regret writing.  I'll look at these more closely over time, and maybe change a few things.

Feedback is very welcome - I will get round to editing some of these properly one day, if it seems worth it.
